Pool wasn't functioning and they had a flood on the 1st floor

Pool was not working due to water level in which the water was green. I wish we would have been notified prior to coming. It didn’t look like it was a recent issue. The first floor hall carpet was wet, there was no breakfast left when we went down at 7:00, and the back door entrance was unlocked. Anyone could walk in without a card. It looks like I was charged twice for the one room I stayed in. Calling hotel now to see what is going on.

Are stay 👍 To start are room door lock battery had to be replaced because we could not gain entrance.with are key card. Are kitchenette sink Had a leak onto the floor. Which maintenance came in had to repair. After that, everything went well.
