Jessica at the front desk is very professional and on top of things no matter what else is going on; there was a long line when I checked in, but she did not lose her cool.

Absolutely love staying here! It’s the only place we stay when we travel to Portland. The staff is super friendly and they have security in the parking lot which definitely puts us at ease. The check in process is always smooth.

I like how much space you get at Extended Stay America. The rooms are always clean and spacious, and the staff is always courteous. I also like that it doesn't cost "an arm and a leg!"

Located in a sketchy neighbourhood with unfriendly staff. The so-called 'breakfast' was extremely disappointing, it barely deserves the name.
