Hotel was decent for the price. Room was clean and hotel has been remodeled in some areas. Breakfast was only a few grab and go items. No hot food. Area around the hotel has a lot of homeless walking around. They wander through the hotel parking lot too. There is a security guard but I was still uncomfortable. For what we needed it worked. We played ball at Delta Park and this was only a minute away.

Hotel room is clean, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, amenities are sort of lacking, breakfast is very minimal which is a bit of disappointment. Biggest factor was the location. It is in a shady and unsafe area that made us feel uncomfortable and on the edge.
