There is some construction in front if the hotel, so we missed the entrance the first go-around. The front-desk team could use some remedial customer service lessons, as they were not very welcoming. Twice I had to wait several minutes for the rep to stop working on whatever their taskwas at tge front desk before they would assist. Breakfast was advertised, but was severely lacking.
