The “Breakfast” was a joke! Hard boiled eggs, Oatmeal, a couple bars, coffee… No juices, nor even water. No cereal, no milk… no fruit, just mostly bare counters… Also no ice machine!

Homeless people are visible and are loitering around in front of the hotel. Felt unsafe for my vehicle. Need to put all my belongings inside the room.

First off, the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Unfortunately that is the only positive. The property is in the middle of a homeless area (probably like most of Portland) and the presence of that population dominates the area. When we arrived, the power to the area of the hotel was out but the staff still managed to get us checked in and into our room (though we were surprised there was no emergency lighting in the hallways).
