Breakfast was very poor and Breakfast staff were not friendly

Pass Stains on cushions and in the tub. Needed to call front desk for bedding for pull-out couch, but there was no phone cord hooked to phone. Remote for the tv did not work. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. There were 2 boiled eggs, 2 yogurts and a variety of dry cereal, but no milk. No plates, silverware, napkins. Sketchy area.

Good if you just need to sleep The lobby wreaked of pot smoke when we arrived. The key card machine was down, so we had to be let in our room by the desk clerk. Our room’s smoke detector was going off. The desk clerk (who was great) changed the battery. Twice. Still wouldn’t stop going off. So we had to switch rooms. But, because the clerk was there alone, checking people in, this whole process took over an hour.

No room cleaning or towel replacement for the stay, for me it was 3 days. You need to take all used towels to front desk and get replacement. Horrible breakfast. They are giving frozen egg / protein bars and coffee. It’s a bit waste.

I normally do not post reviews, but I absolutely needed to in this case. We got to Portland around midnight and were instructed to call the phone number for security as there is no one at the front desk after 10pm. Security took about 30 minutes to get to the property but was very kind and unlocked our room for us, however could not provide us a key as we were not “officially checked in”. My son and husband stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. My son is autistic (17 yr old). After the first day my son was in the lobby while my husband unpacked the car.The person at the main desk asked if he was staying there. My son said yes, the desk clerk said she did not believe that he was staying there. He showed her the key card and again she did not trust him and called security on him.
