This hotel do not have a daily cleaning services . From a day trip we back room was not cleaned! I asked the front service, she told me the cleaning service is only once a week 😳..if you need towels to have to turn in your olds ones to get new ones..The room has a pretty good size for a suites, but not clean , the bathroom blower switch is not properly, asked to get fix but not until the next day - tge next day comes i asked again, the work order was not requested again you have to ask kitchen stuff if you need them. not co... read more

You can hear neighbors through the wall and doors. The breakfast is not worth coming here for. There is scores of homeless people close by.

Poor value, smelly room. Went with my son for the Indy car race. Room smelled bad. Stale, musty, smelled of old smoke . Sprayed cologne to try and mask the smell. Breakfast was disappointing. Tiny vending machine type individually wrapped muffin and a small granola bar….. Area is depressing with lots of “unhoused” loitering close by. Not a place you want to be walking around after dark.Some of the hotel guests look like they’re residing there. I t worked for our need but for the price $ 228, I would pick another option next ... read more

Sounds like there was a bull in a china shop above us from 7pm-3am asked front desk at 10pm if they could ask to have them quiet down and nothing changed. Beds were very very hard. Bathroom was not cleaned. It is not a safe to park your car as lots of homeless are in the parking lot and close by.

Many homeless in the area so I constantly worried about my car. Nothing happened but still a concern. Room next to my daughter's was extremely loud one night including extensive profanity that a teen doesn't need to hear. I called front desk and after third call to desk they finally took it seriously and called the room. Fire alarm went off another night. Extensive weed smells in halls. Security lock broke locking me out of my room but luckily the Assistant GM was able to get us in after some time. Extensive cig smoking outs... read more
