It was a nice stay for me and my husband but i wouldnt stay there if we had our sons. A lot of homeless people in the area. Didnt seem unsafe, but id rather be safe than sorry, especially when it comes to my family. Staff was nice and rooms were clean.

Will definitely be back Great experience! Very friendly and professional staff, nicely appointed rooms, and super comfy beds! Who could ask for more? Clean, fresh, with a good vibe. Don't let the neighborhood or surrounding area turn you off of this hidden gem.

Things were rocky off the bat because they couldn’t find our reservation. The call at the front desk was super nice though and directed me on what to do. She ended up having to call her boss down who was off the clock, but he had no problem helping us. They both were so nice and kind. A couple hours after we checked in the safe in the room started beeping and we couldn’t get it to stop. When we went downstairs they offered us a new room right away which we greatly appreciated. Even though the hotel is well maintained and 24/7 armed security. The hotel has found itself in a part of Portland where society is breaking down. It is no fault of the hotel BUT it does change the experience when the parking lot amd surrounding area is full of homeless people. They keep to themselves but can be an uneasy feeling walking to your car at night
