Hotel room is clean, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, amenities are sort of lacking, breakfast is very minimal which is a bit of disappointment. Biggest factor was the location. It is in a shady and unsafe area that made us feel uncomfortable and on the edge.

Absolutely love staying here! It’s the only place we stay when we travel to Portland. The staff is super friendly and they have security in the parking lot which definitely puts us at ease. The check in process is always smooth.

I like how much space you get at Extended Stay America. The rooms are always clean and spacious, and the staff is always courteous. I also like that it doesn't cost "an arm and a leg!"
