Hotel rooms were good and staff were helpful but the area is rough and right across the street is a homeless encampment.

The hotel was great and clean. I just felt unsafe as there was a large unhoused population when i would have to walk to my car. Staff was really nice and welcoming

Positives: Friendly staff and clean rooms. Right next door to Burger King. Not positives: Very uncomfortable bed. Room did not get cleaned, not even trash being taken out for the several days we were there... if we didn't go down to get towels we would have been stuck with the same towels the entire stay. Homeless campers on property every night though the police cleared them out first thing every morning. Breakfast is bagged and long gone before we woke up every day rather than a normal buffet style that would have been nic... read more

The staff were extremely helpful Tina and Jason. The hotel was good but the surrounding area was full of homeless people camping .onlt that we had booked we probably would have not stayed here as it had an unsafe vibe about the area.
