Room was never cleaned in 9 days, friendly staff but I still have not received my receipt for my last stay. I'm working on that at the moment

Not my cup of tea Guests who seem like this is their primary residence- who are living there long term. ? Maybe section 8 housing vouchers??Noisy, kids screaming. Not really a place I imagined for a 2 night stay while exploring Providence and NEWPORT Rhode Island. Although room was very clean, the check- in clerk stunk like Body Odor and cigarettes, as did elevator, and guests riding in it. It was fine. Lovely updated kitchen and bedrooms. Very nice room and a hot shower. No bath tub
