Great hotel and good location

I’ve visited this place many times but this time it was the worse. There was a foul smell on the fourth floor hallway that only got worse from day one. Unfortunately even with the febreeze plug in, it made it worse. Lots of noise at night after midnight (2-3 am), not a comfortable visit

The location was good for my trip purposes, then after long day of work, came back to a room that was not mended- no new towels........, too exhausted to ask for anything we needed. very unpleasant!

Don’t stay here if you need sleep. I have never stayed in a louder hotel. Banging doors, screaming kids, fighting college students, and highway noises meant I did not fall asleep until almost 2AM when I had an important business meeting the next day. The person who checked me in was wonderful but one goes to a hotel primarily to be rested. Unfortunately the heating unit also banged on and off once a hour. What a mistake staying here was!

The lack of bodies at the desk, to greet me was evidence that staffing or morale is low. I was looking forward to the breakfast. Upon arrival, like I said earlier, I stood with all my bags at the front desk waiting for someone to check me in. The room was awesome. Went to bed and slept well. Woke to get coffee to find out the usually great breakfast was now gonna be called Grab and Go??! Not cool
