Janet at the front desk when i came in was great. this was my 2nd stay and she was very nice, informal, and professional. The guy on the night crew not so much. The room lacked extra trash bags, rags, and towels. When i asked for some extra i was told that they could not provide any. And to bring down the ones already in the room if i needed more. Other than that stay was decent.

Property was great. Vending was a little expensive. Although it is a pet friendly hotel so the hallways on the 4th floor reeked of cat litter. That was probably the only downside. The air in the room was quite dry so it made for easy nosebleeds and very dry nasal passages and scratchy throats. Otherwise no complaints about cleanliness and accessibility inside the room and hotel.
