New Hotel - Minor Service & Amenities Gaps The hotel is located near the Sparks Marina, which is close to many great places to eat. The parking is a bit of a challenge, but space was available. There is no drive-up out front for check-in. You have to find a parking spot first. Check-in is quick and easy. For the type of hotel it is, it was a new experience because Extended Stay America is different from other hotels in that they don’t go in and clean your room on a daily basis or when needed, only after you’ve checked out. Everything was great... except the elevator seemed to need some maintenance. Otherwise, two thumbs up for everything else.

My stay was nice. It’s in a conscientious location and clean. My only complaint is that the breakfast was sub par. The muffins and granola bars they put out were smooshed or broken.

Property is good when traveling with a pet.
I loved the front desk and customer service! They were so nice and attentive!
Clean, quiet with easy parking. Fair price for the area. Restaurants and shopping near by. The hotel is across the street from the Sparks Marina for an evening walk. We will stay again.
