This hotel property is not the lowest cost option in the Reno-Sparks area but it is far from the highest cost. If you want good value, this is the place, as long as you (1) are NOT looking for "frills" that some casino hotels offer in the area, or (2) a "plush" and/or decorative room. We did not feel safe in this area at all. Luckily we only had a one night stop over. Large gaps under the doors mean no sound barrier whatsoever between rooms and hallway. The building was generally very clean and the employees were awesome. The “breakfast” was sad - small granola bars, packaged muffins, yogurt, oranges, and instant oatmeal packs. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and facilities were clean and staff was very helpful
