The check in process was good. We got into our room wanting to watch the college football game. We could not get the tv to work. I called and the maintenance person came amd tried. No luck. He gave us the broadband number for YS to get the problem resolved. That’s not something WE should have to do. The next morning I got out of the shower and there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to wait for that to be brought up. And no coffee available outside of breakfast hours. The room was very nice and clean but just not the type... read more

Disgusting conditions nothing working worst hotel I’ve ever seen

Bed uncomfortable. Had to take out trash. No room service. Breakfast was instant oatmeal. Couldn't wait to leave.

There was no one at the desk to check us in for a good 5 minutes. She was showing someone a room. We got to our room and it was not ready. Beds were not made and was not cleaned. Said we were upgraded to a king bed which was what i had ordered to begin with
A homeless person would elect it. It was a very small square room with hard Floors, uh, just nothing, No shampoo no hair dryer, no pots, pans, no silverware.No coffee maker it was bring everything yourself. Noisy refig. No curtains. No closet.
No hot breakfast
