Pro: Nice/clean room and staff very friendly Con:The elevator was not working so I had to make 3 trips up and down the stairs with luggage. There was dog poop and food scatterer in the hallway. I'm sure its difficult for the cleaning crew since the elevators don't work so I don't blame them.
