I personally had no problem with the hotel but my wife complained about the refrigerator noises. No worry, she is a big complainer😀
No shampoo, no coffee… top priority for me staying at a hotel. Was new and clean but no amenities

The property is clean and quiet. I forgot some belongings while checking out and the front desk and housekeeping staff were able to return my belongings to me and they were very helpful. The only minor problem I noticed was the bed is squeaking with minor movements. Otherwise this property is very good
The room needed a sink drainer so I could plug it and wash the dishes, however, I did not ask for one

The young woman who checked us in was very sweet but not very knowledgable about the hotel. The first inconvenience was that there was no ice machine. She said they didn't have one because they just opened two months ago. Then I learned there would be no coffee in the room or the lobby in the morning. Once we checked in the room, which was very nice, I noticed there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or blow dryer in the bathroom.
