Friendly Faces I've been to that ESA locations numerous times. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They know me there. The front office staff that is.

Needed an affordable safe place for last minute overnight stay. Had my 3 year old autistic grandson with me for a baseball game in the Bay Area on my Birthday. We had a blast at the game and I decided to stay overnight and not drive 120 miles home. Finding an affordable place last minute is unheard of in the Bay Area after 10 PM. I was prepared to drive when I decided to give Extended Stay a chance - good move - got a great night sleep. The property was clean, quiet and safe. I would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was great having a kitchen to make our own meals. Ashlyn was very professional and greeted us with a smile when we came in to check in to our room and did everything she could to accommodate our requests. I wish every hotel had an employee like Ashlyn that greeted their guests like she greeted us when we checked in but unfortunately that’s not always the case. She deserves a raise for sure. We definitely will be staying there again
