Very friendly and thoughtful staff The staff was extremely helpful during my stay. My mother was actually the person who checked me in, and when she explained that I was going to have to leave every morning around 6:45, the staff actually placed some breakfast food in the room for me because I would not be have time to enjoy breakfast during the normal serving hours. The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

staff helpful, courteous. Room okay, but no microwave and it was never brought up. Equipment in the exercise room was fair, two didn't work.

shuttle service to and from airport shuts down at 7pm and starts up at 7am. we had to use taxi services. complementary internet was not available. Complementary breakfast does not start until 6:30am. do to our flight itinary we missed out on all of the above. Hotels.com did not have this information for us therefore we were very disappointed.

very comfortable and Homey It was a great hotel, very roomy, clean and very homey, I will look into staying thwere again when I am need of a hotel in that area
