This place is great! Very clean and comfortable with a great location. Jackee was so helpful at the front desk….super friendly! We will be back the next time we visit Hard Rock casino.

Lo único desagradable fue el depósito q me solicitaron de $100 del cual no tenía conocimiento pues no le dicen nada al cliente cuando haces la reserva por online. Tuve q esperar desde las 5:00am hasta las 11:00am para poder hacer el check in y deben contratar personal q hablen español. Por lo demás excelente
Ok fir one night Basic, personnel was friendly, close to venue. Room was clean but did not smell fresh. Good parking and security .

Great Staff Jackee was an awesome hostess. Breakfast is marginal.
