No dishes, coffee cups or glasses in room but not sure if due to Covid? Woman who checked me in was very nice, polite and thorough.

Nice stay. Last day of our honeymoon we decided to stay and go to the Aquarium. Saw ratings and reviews and decided to stay here. Room was clean, comfortable, and Quiet.

I didn’t like it had no pool or lounge area for guest to sit outside the hotel. The breakfast did not have what was stated. No fresh fruit and stale packaged muffins.
Quick and easy check in/check out. Friendly staff. Convenient location and safe surrounding. Nice and clean environment. Free daily continental breakfast. Only issues during our stay were: the hotel only has one elevator, the vending machines were not fully stocked(including no bottled water), the walls are thin(you can hear conversations and tv's in the hallway, and the ice machine was not working.
Easy check in and stay. Newer property.

The room was very spacious. Not really anything other than oatmeal for breakfast. That was dissapointing.
The hotel was amazing, very new facilities, everything very clean and working. My only issue was that the reservation was under my boyfriends name who’s 19 and the woman at the front desk with green hair was very rude telling us she won’t check us in because he had to be over 21. On the hotel terms and conditions in Expedia says that the hotel check in had to be done by someone over 18 years old.
