Friendly staff, roach in our bed Front desk was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and nice except on the 2nd night of our stay there was a ROACH!! On our bed, in the sheets!! I called the front desk to let them know they need to fumigate the rooms. When we checked out, I left my orthopedic pillow behind, I called them to see if they could ship it to me, and said they could not. If it wasn’t for the roach experience, and not being willing to send me my pillow, the hotel was not really bad.

Tampa trip Hotel was great but the breakfast needs a little upgrade
No idea how this place has so many great reviews This is a average hotel, with the reviews saying it was a 10 and a superb place to stay I was trying to find out how. The hotel is semi clean, no dishes without more deposit, fridge is turned off even if the lights are on it’s turned to 1 so nothing will be cold, thankfully we didn’t unpack our medicine we just left them in our cooler. Had a huge issue with bringing my daughters service dog, they attempted to charge me a pet fee, and ask for my dogs proof of being a service do... read more

Very close to highway and attractions. The only disappointment was there was hardly anything for breakfast the second day.. No oranges...and only a couple of chairs inside. Others were just chatting in the chairs and it was too cold to go outside.

it would be nice if they had hot water and tea or coffee available in lobby after the breakfast time.
