Everyone was friendly and very helpful when we come back to Tampa we will be staying here again 5 stars in my book.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked. The only problem we encountered was at check-in. We checked in after midnight and there was one associate working the desk. She was having a lot of issues checking in a foreign guest so we waited over 30 minutes in line. Once we got to the desk it was apparent that the associate was new as she was on the phone with whom I assume was the manager trying to get assistance navigating through the system.
