Between 12am-3am, the occupant(s) of the room above rm 108 were making loud thudding noises. The front desk was alerted, but the noises were not abated. If we’d stayed another day, we’d have moved in the room above their room to exact payback!

It was ok Staff were unhelpful. Rooms had such a cold feel as if I was in a cell with benefits. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to business travelers who are looking for a nice lounge area or even a Starbucks close by ( 20 mins). In the future if I need a clean room and bed for he night I;d stay here- else not
