Great value. Clean room
Service was great! Bathroom needs to be updated as some of the base siding was falling off and ventilation wasn’t working.

The stay was good, had comfortable sleep without any noise and light was obstructed with their blinds. The rooms were clean, only negative is floors were bit sticky not sure what they cleaned with. They didnt have a flexible option of late checkout upto an hour with no fee, also we missed breakfast due to our comfortable sleep so overall to sleep after a long tiring day, this was perfect!

We stayed overnight prior to a cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel is very convenient to I-95 and SR 50, and only about 25 minutes from the port. It was so bright and clean that we thought it was brand new! The staff were very pleasant and the bed was very comfy. With the included express breakfast, the Extended Stay was a terrific bargain! We will definitely book there before our next cruise out of Florida!
Nice big room Room is big with a kitchenette, stove , microwave etc. It can comfortably accommodate a family of four. The room and bathroom was clean. But I couldn’t find a hair dryer. Location is quiet as it is the end of a street. Breakfast is minimal with coffee, packaged muffins and snack bars. Sorry no toast nor bagels. The A/C was very strong and I have to turn off in the middle of the night. Please note pets are allowed to stay. Overall satisfactory and stay again.

I have rented two rooms from this hotel in the last two months and neither vent fan in bathroom worked. Breakfast is not very appetizing. Why no fresh juice of any type?
