Elevator was broken when we checked in. Made for a long walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room….with our luggage. Then back down to the main level for soda and ice. Not sure when the elevator will be fixed. The front desk agent was apologetic and accommodating as he could be under the condition of no elevator. He offered to help us carry our luggage. Thanks to him for the offer. Appreciated but we got it.

After we checked into our 3rd floor room the elevator stopped working and we had to use the stairs to leave and return to our room

What an adventure. For the amount I paid and deal I got I can’t really complain. The room wasn’t spotless and I didn’t mind. I was a little annoyed with no coffee pot in the room and the lobby pulls coffee with the “breakfast service”. Which breakfast was a joke. I’m thankful I pack protein shakes with me. I knew it was grab and go, I was downstairs at 7am and there was 3 chocolate chip muffins, one pouch of hard boiled egg and a nutrigrain bar.
