Nina, the General Manager, is exceptional. She shows up attentive, and obviously takes ownership of her job and position. The room itself was clean. The hallways were tired and worn with a distasteful smell.

The property was clean the staff was friendly it was in a secure part of town wonderful hotel for family or couples

The room is extended large. However, the so called breakfast included only provides a few granola bars and plain bagel, and apples. No hot water for cereal, no cold drinking water. It took 10mins to get bathroom tissues waiting at the front desk. No utensils and kitchen supply in the suite. bad smell in the elevator

Very comfortable beds the room had a few things that need to be fixed but overall very satisfied

I booked this hoping for warm breakfast. It was a grab and go breakfast. Muffins, Oatmeal, ams coffee. Very disappointed. Also no ice machines on site. The freezer in the room has an Ice tray but it isnt ready for uae until you make it yourself
