Staff is awesome For those of us living in hotels, the staff is exceptional. I understand they work like the rest of us they also have a level of understanding that most employees don't have! I appreciate the staff

Check-in was very easy and the young lady at the front desk have wonderful customer service. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and it was a decent location. I felt safe.

Amazing deal Bargain basement price for an excellent room
It is due for an update that has already been scheduled. The staff was very accommodating.
Dtown Santa Barbara wasn't too far away. It was enjoyable. You might need their pans I brought my own and my pan struggled to heat up on their electric stove.
