ELEVATOR OUT OF ORDER - Lights not working. I arrived late. The elevator was out of order - had been all week they said. So I had to trek up to the 3rd floor with my luggage to my room. The front desk guy helped me - nice guy. The room was freezing, Forced hot air, so either too hot/too cold. Lights in the room did not work near the bed. I was too tired to go down to the lobby to get new bulbs, so I just dealt with it. The room was clean. It's bare minimal - no carpets on floor. Office was very helpful for me and my family
Pros: quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff Cons: elevator is still broken, 3rd floor neighbors smoking in the smoke-free building

It was ok for a last minute decision. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night. The other guests staying were a little sketchy and seemed to be involved in questionable activities.
