The location was close to where I was having a conference. Plenty around it but you had to drive to get to anything. While I was there the elevator was not working and I was to be on the 2nd floor. I asked then to be on the first floor and was easily changed to the first floor. While checking out I asked for a receipt and one was not provided but staff person indicated they would send me one. So far I have not gotten a receipt emailed to me.

The two times that I have stayed here, I had a kitchen in the room and a full fridge/freezer. You get the quality that you paid for, but it is decent enough that I'd stay again if I needed to.
While to location and price were what I was looking for and it served its purpose as a place to just get a nights sleep it was a bit disappointing. Front desk staff was distracted by their phone, the 1 and only vending machine with water/snacks was broken and no alternative was offered, the elevator was not working, the bathtub had a constant drip and even though they offered a prepackaged take and go breakfast I asked if I would be able to grab mine at 4:15am and was told no. The room is spacious. The price is reasonable. I slept well. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast but I did not eat any. No shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided. No utensils, plates, cups, and coffee maker were provided unless you asked. No coffee, and no tea. No safe. No microwave. The light and air extractor in the bathroom did not work well. The elevator did not work. Closed at 11 pm.

Quiet, peaceful, Nice size room. Limited housekeeping / towels. Room should have been a little cleaner. There wasn't working which was difficult being on a second or third floor carrying belongings. First floor had a bad smell and extended stay guests with pets. Staff was friendly accommodating. Overall not a bad place to stay for the price
