Cold shower. The room was mediocre at best. I woke to find that there was no hot water. I received multiple different stories as to the status of the repair. None were true. The General Manager wasn't even onsite to deal with the problem or the customers. When I brought up the subject of compensation, I was told that I would need to call back when the GM was available.

ehh.. We had to move rooms because the room was really hot and the ac was broken! The new room has a curry stench. The lady in charge was very helpful but i still wouldn't stay there again.

Not a good experience! Not a plesant experience. Hotel was old, terrible odors, stains on carpet, staff wouldn't answer phone. Requested a non-smoking room, didn't get one. Would not stay there again or recommend to a friend.

Sub-standard My fridge made an awful noise. When I complained, a surly gentleman replaced it with a quiet one but had an awful smell. They promised to clean its interior the next day, but never did. The last ESA I stayed in had breakfast, but not this one so don't look for that. Route 1 is a bad location because of a concrete median, so you can't turn left without going to the nearest exit for a u-turn.
