Kitchen not clean Kitchen and kitchen floor were sticky. So were the table and 2 chairs
Hotel was close to shopping center, food marts,etc Had to empty my own garbage, get clean towels for my room. Was disappointed with hotel. Staff was friendly. Friends called in to hotel and had trouble reaching me in my room. Also, did not feel real safe at hotel.
Poor for the money Had to ask for towels. No ice machine. Kitchenette area floor sticky. Desk service slow and had to wait to check in while other guests came up with problems after me. Won't give this chain another chance if I have a choice.
Dogs Barking Many dogs barking all night long
Would not recommend Room was very dingy and needs major update. Heater was exceedingly loud and annoying.
My stay Room was not cleaned before check in, all items in room was not changed. Front desk team said housekeeping will come but no one turned

Terrible hotel in the middle of nowhere Staff not really friendly. Strange smells in the hotel. The room is not cleaned during your stay. Breakfast provided is horrible.
The water in the shower was really hot. A maintenance man came in to fix it for a half hour. No one apologized. The lighting wasn't bright, too. There was a funny smell.
Inexpensive but not worth it Room was advertised as smoke free yet it was not. I had prepaid for our 2 night stay yet had to sign some documents, but the printer was not working. Staff made us wait - still no luck. Hallway smelled of stale leftover food. Garbage left near exit doors. Next day our keys didn't work - locks were changed until I went to sign documents. No one at the Front Desk to help us. This will be my first and last stay at Extended Stay.
