Based on what I saw I’m guessing many tenants is subsidized to live there. My room was a deluxe suite with kitchenette but there was no dishes to make anything not even a pot for tea, Floors in the room was sticky, TV had no signal and was not working, the bed sheets had stains by the pillow area, housekeeping team need to be replaced. The room was clean, but VERY basic (faux wood floors, no carpet; basic blinds no curtain). The bed was lumpy, but the AC worked. (I walked into a room with the AC on full blast at 22:30 -- how long had it been on? Why so cold? NOT eco-friendly!!). Hallway carpets are stained beyond acceptable range. The elevator was broken my entire trip.

night mare at the bathroom unfortunately, I can not give a good review of this place, starting with the receptionists who acted not friendly at all. the room was ok. the bathroom shower curtain was filthy, and the extractor fan was not working. it produced a terrible noise. we like very much the kitchen appliances and the bed.
