My room was clean and luckily I had no issues with bugs. HOWEVER, I don't think the carpet in the hallways has ever been cleaned. If you want housekeeping you have to request it and pay extra. The laundry room doesn't have a change machine, they don't keep quarters at the front desk, and the machines don't take cards. The employees were blasting a radio in the hallway and never seemed to be at the front desk when I needed them.
