Warm service, but cold room When we arrived, they were sold out on the type of room we had reserved, but the front desk person, Stephanie, was very nice. Since we were a party of 4, she gave us 2 rooms for the price of 1. The only issue was the second room we were given did not have proper heat and we were pretty cold all night and couldn’t sleep well as a result.
