Pretty new hotel with good location. We went to providence for the Water Fire show in downtown Providence. The hotel was clean and pretty new. The location was ok only 5 minutes from downtown Providence. Price of hotel was a deal since everything else was overpriced. Hotel is set back in an industrial area so no restaurants near it. Will stay again if I am in the area.
Staff was great. What I didn't like is being charged every night stayed for pet and nothing was done to earn that fee.
Perfect for the price and very convenient! Couple of minutes from everything in Pri idencr!
Everything was great I am staying another night it was a great stay
All the staff are helpful and friendly but the location seems to be off the beaten track so my friend & I took Uber every time we went out
This is the first hotel I have stayed in that did not have coffee in the room. Since I was leaving early for a flight, there was no coffee in the lobby either. I also booked this hotel because it was on your list of those with airport shuttle. No shuttle. I was in a hurry when I booked and will pay better attention next time.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ethan did a great job of clarifying everything for me at check in. Overall it was what I needed
