Simole sigth the room was clean but clearly the shower just get ready to look it was clean but there was hair in the shower so it looks like nobody clean it. I was just staying for a couple hours to sleep and I was really tired of driving 10 hours so I didnt care

Best No Frills place you will ever stay! CLEAN too Well that was a pleasant surprise! I was so happy to see how immaculate things were when I arrived. That is rare and I am very fussy. It is exactly as they say and the things they do are reasonable. For instance, optional maid service, optional towel and linen service worked for me! I loved that the pet fee was only $10 per day too. Very clean. Very new. Its an extended stay property, and it’s a bit out of the downtown area, but a lyft/uber to most places I went was only 5-7. And I did walk if I had the time and it wasn’t to hot.

We had to ask everyday for new Towels at the desk and no cleaning was made at any time during our 4 days at the hotel.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, etc.) Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and want to furnish their own toiletries, kitchen utensils, coffeepot, etc. I'm so sorry you were not expecting this and did not enjoy your stay because of it. The place is clean and confortable, but it would be a lot better if it would it had a cafeteria.

Did not like sheet on bed. It had clammy feel. Did not like paying for two extra pillows. Did not like not being able to break a 20 dollar bill at the front desk. Vending machines had a tendency to keep the change. We won’t be back.
