All the staff are helpful and friendly but the location seems to be off the beaten track so my friend & I took Uber every time we went out

This is the first hotel I have stayed in that did not have coffee in the room. Since I was leaving early for a flight, there was no coffee in the lobby either. I also booked this hotel because it was on your list of those with airport shuttle. No shuttle. I was in a hurry when I booked and will pay better attention next time.
