The front desk was the only inconvenience. The Front desk needs to be managed better. Outside of that not much to complain about.

The place was nice and clean. Was a bit disappointed that it didn't provide anything for the kitchenette, it was going to cost am extra $50 to use their equipment. Not even a kettle or dish cloth. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

BAD CHECK IN SERVICE WORKER “SUE” WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND MY HUSBAND AT CHECK IN. AND EVEN REQUIRED THAT HE PROVIDE HIS ID
For being a new hotel, many scrapes and holes in the walls, NO SHADES OVER THE WINDOWS (just those plastic blinds) so the sun was pouring in at 5 am, you can’t check in until 3 whatsoever. No staff until then at the desk.
