Review of Extended Stay Our stay on the first leg of the trip was not as hoped. The room was extremely dirty and we even felt dirt in the bed we slept in. The pull out couch was nothing but springs (no padding) and very, very uncomfortable. Tomas at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Extended Stay sent us a review to fill out before our trip back the following weekend. a convenient place to stay the night before an early flight departure - disappointed that the airport shuttle service does not run on week-ends

Snow and a weekend away There was a snow storm and power went out about 6:30am Sunday and didn't come back on till we checked out around 9:30am but the staff's relaxed and friendly attitude was a big plus. They made an annoying situation better. The room setup was great the only complaint i have is the water was not hot enough for my preference for a shower.

Hotel Transportation In the section for the hotel it talks about how it has transportation available to the airport. Really, they do not so when I got their late at night after flying all day I had to figure out how to get to the airport the next morning. The front desk person provided me with taxi cab numbers but really one of the only reasons I reserved this hotel was for the transportation. I think it needs to be clarified that the transportation is not always available.
