So so During my stay, the hotel was also housing people due to a homeless shelter emergency. Which its fine. However, I now had to wait for a room to be made available. Initially, i was told there are no rooms available due to that issue. When i had prepaid and prebooked my room. That was annoying. Also, throughout the night, there was a hammering and thumping sound coming from the room above mine. Then, they charged me for the room that i already paid for. It was reversed, but this should not have happened.
