Poor management system with your bookings I've been here since October 13th and have many problems with your booking on line all my reservation get messed up you never credited my bank account when the supervisor said she would take care of it I'm on the phine with a different rep supervisor everyday this hotel manager says he has many issues also with other guest booking online so I'm n the process as of today I filed a dispute with my bank because they even showed me that you charged me 2 times for November 6th and keep sa... read more

don't arrive early. had to ask for everything, coffee machine, toaster. arrived early and was sent to uno restaurant to use washroom.
ok.....Rob the manager is a very nice gentleman! It's been relaxing but I've talked to a rep. Earlier today & he guaranteed my free night on this Sunday coming up but yet I just looked on here n says different so I'm not too happy about the rewards that we're giving to myself !!!!
Beautiful I'm still staying at extended stay hotel I think it's a very nice getaway I have a full kitchen nice one studioroom which has a full bedflat screen TV very good lighting air condition huge bathroom it's very comfortable and quiet here I would recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends thank you!
Excellent stay Good: Room was big, clean and bright, equipped with a nice kitchen, Hotel was close to shopping malls and grocery stores (Macy's, Sears, Stop & shop, Walmart), free wifi, parking and breakfast were satisfactory Bad: Breakfast was not an actual breakfast (coffee, fruits and cookies)
Nice! A little hard to find, but worth it. Clean room and friendly staff!
