Hotel room was better than expected as far as cleanliness,room size and the location. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would stay here again on future vacations. The only odd thing was the hotel sat on a dead end road and had a narrow curvy entrance to get to the hotel.

Amazingly polite,and helpful staff!!! I enjoy staying here regularly, because you can prepare your own meals, and the house keeping staff isn't overwhelming. Honestly, they have the kindest, most polite, friendly, house keeping staff I have ever met, the same goes for their front desk personnel! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, is because hey it's not the "Ritz", lol! It is absolutely perfect for what it is, and I wouldn't change a thing!

Hotel was adequate for the price. I had to rent 2 rooms one for my husband and me and another for my mom and sister. Room was adequate and at least the bed was comfortable. I was assigned a smoking room bc Hotels.com booked us in those room. According to the hotel management, hotels reserved us two smoking rooms. I should have moved to another and complained but found out too late. Next time make sure to ask the hotel directly to be sure you do get the room you want.
