Hotel room was better than expected as far as cleanliness,room size and the location. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would stay here again on future vacations. The only odd thing was the hotel sat on a dead end road and had a narrow curvy entrance to get to the hotel.

Amazingly polite,and helpful staff!!! I enjoy staying here regularly, because you can prepare your own meals, and the house keeping staff isn't overwhelming. Honestly, they have the kindest, most polite, friendly, house keeping staff I have ever met, the same goes for their front desk personnel! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, is because hey it's not the "Ritz", lol! It is absolutely perfect for what it is, and I wouldn't change a thing!

Hotel was adequate for the price. I had to rent 2 rooms one for my husband and me and another for my mom and sister. Room was adequate and at least the bed was comfortable. I was assigned a smoking room bc Hotels.com booked us in those room. According to the hotel management, hotels reserved us two smoking rooms. I should have moved to another and complained but found out too late. Next time make sure to ask the hotel directly to be sure you do get the room you want. The staff was friendly, helpful, and awesome. The hotel sorely needs upgrading. Had dents in walls, caulking around stove a mess, right burner on stove didn't work, etc.

Kitchens The rooms have small kitchens which were nice. The hotel did not have an ice machine. If you wanted ice, you had to make it in your own freezer - so I did not have ice until the morning. There was a continental breakfast but it was rather sparse. There was coffee and a few tings to grab and go like fruit, granola bars and such. The food layout for the entire hotel was in a single 6 foot cabinet.

Close to destinations but not advisable Traveling during a holiday weekend is exhausting, especially when we booked a non smoking double and ended up in a smoking double. The staff told us there was nothing to be done and next time to call ahead or include a note with the booking. We were not comped or reimbursed at all for our trouble. Had to keep the windows open for the duration of our stay, along with the AC. Thankfully, not much time was spent in the room.
