So accommodating ! We have stayed here in the past and they are recently renovated. Always very clean and the staff is beyond accommodating! Our most recent visit was for accessibility purposes after surgery and I am so glad we did! My boyfriend and I had a lot of stairs to worry about at home and while during our stay we have no had a worry under the sun. House keeping and front desk are literally at our service and have still yet to leave a request unfulfilled. Thank you very much to everyone who kept bringing us limitless... read more
totally new, wonderfully, better than never excellent
It was great
Great budget hotel. Nice, clean, renovated rooms. Great place to stay. Loved the kitchen in the room and the room itself was newly renovated and very clean and nice. Excellent price and value, I'll definitely be considering Extended Stay next time. Also the location of this hotel is great, right next to a big shopping mall, Walmart, movie theater, and a lot more nearby.
Unattended children running wild The room and the staff were ok. The room was a little dark, hot water not quite hot enough, and it was a little annoying to have to call down to the desk to ask for plates and silverware. Not a big deal. What made this stay bad was the next morning. From my observations, the people doing construction on the building were also staying in the hotel with their whoe families. Great stay, EXCEPT FOR STINKY CIGARETTE ODOR ! The staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable & clean as always. HOWEVER in spite of being on the first floor NO SMOKING section, there was a continual stink of tobacco smoke throughout my room, the hallway and front lobby area. Plus there were smokers milling around outside in front of the main entrance. I later found out that the LaQuinta, a few miles away, is a completely non-smoking hotel, with no smoking allowed at the entrance, either.
it was nice for solo getaway, I will be back
