Great location for visiting my family in West Warwick. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Staff was friendly and were willing to accommodate us in any way.

Ok but not great The hotel was clean but staff seemed indifferent in general. Check in was not welcoming and I was not asked how my stay was when I checked out. Room was clean but smelled like fish? There was always a housekeeping cart in the Hall we had to walk around. It didn’t matter what time of day. It was very odd. I have to say not a great stay and I couldn’t imagine staying there for an extended period of time, one night was plenty. I travel to the area often but will not stay there again. Good place to stay! Extended Stay is a great place to stay. The only hotel I have been to with a working stove and full size refrigerator. I will definitely stay there again.
