Get value for price Great value for price.very peaceful had everything in room that was needed.was super clean.only negative was no trash can in my room but that is no biggie cause stay was excellent
Overall Experience First arriving I was greeted in a professional way and didn’t take long for me to get checked in at the hotel. Upon finding my room both key cards wasn’t working properly so I had to go back to the front lobby to get another set but once I was able to get into my room I noticed brown markings on the toilet lid. Customer service ? Check in was simple but not friendly. Felt like I was taking up their personal time. Since I had booked the room using a discount app you’d think they’d be less annoyed. The following morning when I came in after my night shift I inquired about extending my stay another day. I couldn’t remember my room number and I was treated as if I was trying to steal something from them or impersonate an “actual” guest.
