Overall Experience First arriving I was greeted in a professional way and didn’t take long for me to get checked in at the hotel. Upon finding my room both key cards wasn’t working properly so I had to go back to the front lobby to get another set but once I was able to get into my room I noticed brown markings on the toilet lid. Reported it to the front lobby and they apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to correct the problem right then. Customer service ? Check in was simple but not friendly. Felt like I was taking up their personal time. Since I had booked the room using a discount app you’d think they’d be less annoyed. The following morning when I came in after my night shift I inquired about extending my stay another day. I couldn’t remember my room number and I was treated as if I was trying to steal something from them or impersonate an “actual” guest. Room was not that clean and had a bad smell as if someone was living there for a year and never showered.

Needs a bit of upgrading I like the full kitchenette and the large desk, but the holel needs a bit of upgrading. The TV is small, and they still use CFL bulbs. There is no bedside USB charging station and I couldn’t find a trash can anywhere. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t terribly bad. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature setting was pleasant.
