Hotel had no linen. I booked an efficiency room but housekeeping had no dishes. Customer service & check in was quick with Lauryn. She was EXCELLENT! Had to clean my own room. Layout of the room was perfect. Location was convenient.

when i first came to check in i had to wait over an hour for a room , then my room ac didn’t work at all

They can do a lot better Knowing it’s an extended stay hotel, I knew not to expect much BUT for my wife to have to take dirty wash rags to front desk in exchange for new ones was unheard of. Absolutely NO housekeeping the 3 nights we were there. The bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, you could tell there was patch work done to wall and the carpet had a big whole in it.
