Directly booking with the hotel is cheaper. Expedia is charging a lot more
Check in was fine, the clerk was polite and our room was dated but clean. The hair dryer plug was broken as well as the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hallways and the elevator had visible debris from the time we checked in until the next morning. The main reason I chose this location was the pool and the gym, both of which were unusable. The pool water was cloudy and did not appear clean and none of the gym equipment worked safely or at all. The property was nice and updated. Room had more than expected with full kitchen and seating area. Check in process was easy but the front desk staff seriously lacked in service.
