There were tons of trash surrounding the parking lot grounds. The hallway smelled of smoking, however our room seemed clean

Overall, I am a satisfied customer; Will I return? yes and soon; I ask to maintain the same price-point if possible too; I have one request and that is based on the weather being warmer here as well as no need for a lifeguard is to please keep the pool open through november. Thank You
it was ok At the time of booking I asked for drop to airport on 4 AM local time and when I reached to hotel as per hotel staff shuttle is no sooner then 6 AM and in that case I have to put extra money for drop and it’s create panic situation in morning when I was not able to get cab on time as it’s morning time.
