A lot of parking breakfast was too small overall ok

The room was sufficient for a one night stay. Parking was a bit tight. We had no hot water for our shower. No remote for TV. Property is a bit outdated, but is in a nice area. Breakfast was less than impressive. I didn't expect anything hot, but I expected cereal (they had instant grits and oatmeal) and maybe some fruit. No juice, milk, or water, only coffee or hot tea.
